New Executive Director

Welcome Joel Oschwald to the CID-CEF!

Joel Oschwald has joined the Central Illinois District Church Extension Fund as the new Executive Director to succeed Christine Anderson upon her retirement on July 31, 2026. Joel brings a wealth of banking experience to the Church Extension Fund, complemented by a Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary.
